In a little over a year Exit Wounds have emerged from the burgeoning Melbourne metal and hardcore scenes to establish themselves amongst the countrys most promising metal acts. Topping off an amazing year, Exit Wounds attacked the dying days of December 2005 to record their debut EP entitled RETURN FIRE.
Mixed and engineered by highly acclaimed producer/engineer dw Norton at the nationally renowned Backbeach Studios, RETURN FIRE follows highly on the heels of the bands successfully received three track demo of which over to 2000 copies were distributed both locally and internationally. The band has pulled out all stops on this debut, showcasing crunching melodic riffs, blazing solos, abrasive vocals and powerhouse up-tempo drumming. RETURN FIRE is a testament to a band at the forefront of modern heavy music.
